Keto Soft Gingerbread Bites

In this video I’m showing you how to make soft Gingerbread bites. They are keto friendly, gluten free and without any added sugar.

This is perfect for the coffee snack or dessert during the holiday season.

Makes around 12 servings

Nutrition per serving:

Calories: 102

Carbs: 2g (0.8g net)

Protein: 2.8 g

Fat: 9.4g

 

Ingredients:

180g Sweetener

2 Eggs

150g Crème Fraiche

50g Butter, melted

½ tsp Vanilla Extract

60g Almond Flour

15g Coconut Flour

2 tsp Cardamom

1 tbsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Baking Powder

 

⭐️ In a bowl add sweetener and egg

 

⭐️ Mix with an electric mixer until porous

 

⭐️ Add Crème Fraiche, butter, and vanilla extract

 

⭐️ Mix with a spatula until combined

 

⭐️ In another bowl add almond flour, coconut flour, cardamom, cinnamon, and baking powder

 

⭐️ Mix with a spatula until combined

 

⭐️ Add the flour mix to the egg mix

 

⭐️ Mix with a spatula until combined

 

⭐️ Add the mix to an oven pan, that is covered in parchment paper

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 175°C|350°F for 40 min

 

⭐️ Let cool off completely 

 

⭐️ Cut into pieces

 

⭐️ Enjoy!
