Ingredients:
180g Sweetener
2 Eggs
150g Crème Fraiche
50g Butter, melted
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
60g Almond Flour
15g Coconut Flour
2 tsp Cardamom
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Powder
In a bowl add sweetener and egg
Mix with an electric mixer until porous
Add Crème Fraiche, butter, and vanilla extract
Mix with a spatula until combined
In another bowl add almond flour, coconut flour, cardamom, cinnamon, and baking powder
Mix with a spatula until combined
Add the flour mix to the egg mix
Mix with a spatula until combined
Add the mix to an oven pan, that is covered in parchment paper
Bake in the oven on 175°C|350°F for 40 min
Let cool off completely
Cut into pieces
