In this video I’m showing you how to make Pride Cinnamon Blonde Bites. These are so sweet and tasty. They are also keto friendly, gluten free and without any added sugar.

Ingredients:
Cake:
80g Butter, softened
80g Brown Sweetener
50g Sweetener
1 Egg
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
90g Almond Flour
20g Coconut Flour
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt
Cinnamon Layer:
35g Brown Sweetener
25g Butter, melted
1 tbsp Cinnamon
Frosting:
250g Powdered Sweetener
110g Cream cheese
60g Butter, softened
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Purple Food Coloring
Blue Food Coloring
Green Food Coloring
Yellow Food Coloring
Orange Food Coloring
Red Food Coloring
Start with the cake. In a bowl add butter, brown sweetener and sweetener and mix with an electric mixer until combined
Add egg and vanilla extract and continue mixing until creamy
In another bowl add almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon and salt and mix with a spatula until combined
Pour the flour mix into the sweetener mix and mix with a spatula until combined. Set aside
Continue with the cinnamon layer. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with a spoon until combined
Add the cake mix to an oven pan and spread out evenly
Add the cinnamon mix over the cake mix and spread out evenly
Bake in the oven on 170°C|340°F for 30 min
Let cool off
Continue with making the frosting. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until smooth
Divide the frosting into 6 bowls
Add 1 food color to each bowl and mix with a spoon until combined
Put into piping bags
Pipe on the frosting to the cake
Cut into pieces
