In this video I’m showing you how to make Swedish Love treats. These are so light and gooey. They are also keto friendly, gluten free and without any added sugar.
This is perfect for the coffee snack or dessert.

Ingredients:
Cake:
90g Sweetener
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
45g Almond Flour
15g Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
60g Butter, melted
50g Milk
Icing:
150g Powdered Sweetener
40g Butter, melted
40g Coffee
20g Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Garnish:
10g Coconut flakes
Start with the cake. In a bowl add sweetener, eggs and vanilla extract and mix with an electric mixer until fluffy
In another bowl add almond flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix until combined with a spatula
Pour the flour mix into the egg mix, add the butter and milk and mix with a spatula until combined
Pour the mix into an oven pan and spread out evenly
Bake in the oven on 175°C|350°F for 30 min
Let cool off
Continue with making the icing. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until smooth
Poke holes in the cake with the end of a whisk
Pour over the icing
Sprinkle over coconut flakes
Cut into pieces
