Keto Tiger Cookies

In this video I’m showing you how to make Tiger Cookies. This is also keto friendly, gluten free and without any added sugar.

This is perfect for the coffee snack or dessert.

Nutrition per serving:

Calories: 104

Carbs: 2.4g

Protein: 1.7g

Ingredients:

100g Butter

70g Brown Sweetener

20g Sweetener

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

40g Almond Flour

10g Coconut Flour

1 tsp Corn Starch

½ tsp Baking Soda

150g Mixed Chocolate, sugar free. Cut into small pieces

20g Cocoa Powder

 

⭐️ In a bowl add butter, brown sweetener and sweetener and mix with an electric mix until creamy

 

⭐️ Add egg and vanilla extract and continue mixing until combined

 

⭐️ In another bowl add almond flour, coconut flour, corn starch and coconut flour and mix until combined

 

⭐️ Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until combined

 

⭐️ Add mixed chocolate and continue mixing until combined

 

⭐️ Add half of the batter to a second bowl and set it aside

 

⭐️ Add cocoa powder to the remaining bowl and mix until combined

 

⭐️ Take a little of the batter with cocoa powder and a little of the batter without and roll into balls

 

⭐️ Put on an oven pan covered with parchment paper

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 175°C|350°F for 12 min and let cool off after
