Makes around 20 servings

Ingredients:
50g Butter, softened
45g Sweetener
1 tbsp Syrup, sugar free
20g Almond Flour
10g Coconut Flour
10g Cocoa Powder
½ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
Garnish:
20g White Chocolate, sugar free
In a bowl add butter, sweetener and syrup and mix with an electric mixer until smooth
In another bowl add almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt and mix until combined
Add the second bowl to the first and mix until combined
Spread out to a rectangle on an oven pan with parchment paper
Bake in the oven on 175°C|350°F for 20 min and let cool off after
Pipe over melted white chocolate
Cut into pieces
