Ingredients:
Cake:
300g Sweetener
170g Butter, softened
120g Milk, 0,5%
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
140g Almond Flour
50g Coconut Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt
Apple sauce:
115g Butter
110g Brown Sweetener
2 Apples
Non-stick spray
Start off with making the cake batter. In a bowl mix sweetener and butter until smooth
Add milk, eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined
In another bowl add almond flour, coconut flour baking powder, cinnamon and salt and mix until combined
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until combined. Set aside for later
Make the apple sauce. In a pot add butter and brown sweetener and put on the stove on medium heat
Bring to a boil and boil until the mix is really bubbly
Spray an oven pan with non-stick spray and pour in the apple sauce
Lay out the apples in the pan
Add the cake batter and smooth it out
Bake in the oven on 180°C|390°F for 45 min.
Loosen the edges of the cake
Put a plate over it and flip it over
Cut into pieces
