Ingredients:
Apple Filling:
4 Apples
45g Sweetener
20g Brown Sweetener
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Cardamom
Crumble:
125g Greek Yogurt
100g Almond Flour
90g Sweetener
50g Coconut Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Non-Stick Spray
Vanilla Filling:
100g Vanilla Cottage Cheese
125g Crème Fraiche
65g Sweetener
1 Egg
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Make the apple filling. In a saucepan add the apples cut into small pieces, sweetener, brown sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon and cardamom. Cook on medium heat and let it boil for 15 min. Stir now and then. Set aside
Make the crumble. In a bowl add the Greek yogurt, almond flour, sweetener, coconut flour, baking powder and vanilla extract. Mix with a spatula until it becomes a crumble
Spray an oven pan with non-stick spray and add half of the crumble. Press it down evenly into the pan.
Bake in the oven on 200°C|390°F for 10 min.
Make the vanilla filling. In a bowl add vanilla cottage cheese, Crème Fraiche, sweetener, egg and vanilla extract. Mix with a whisk until smooth
Add the vanilla filling into the oven pan. Spread out evenly
Add the apple filling into the oven pan. Spread out evenly
Add the rest of the crumble into the oven pan. Spread out evenly.
Bake in the oven on 200°C|390°F for 30 min. Let cool off completely after
Cut into pieces
