Ingredients:
170g Peanut Butter
150g Pumpkin Puree
1 Egg
25g Greek Yogurt
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
145g Brown Sweetener
115g Almond Flour
30 Coconut Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
170g Chocolate, sugar free
Non-stick Spray
In a bowl add peanut butter, pumpkin puree, egg, Greek yogurt and vanilla extract and mix with a spatula until combined
In another bowl add brown sweetener, almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt and mix with a spatula
Combine the dry mix with the wet one. Mix with a spatula until combined
Add chocolate, save a little for later, mix it into the batter with the spatula
Spray an oven pan with non-stick spray
Add the batter and spread out evenly
Add the remaining chocolate
Bake in the oven on 180°C|355°F for 35 min and let cool off completely
Cut into pieces
