Halloween Brownie

In this video I’m showing you how to make a healthier version of Halloween brownies.

These have no added sugar or butter. These are perfect for the cute Halloween snacks. They are also keto friendly.

Ingredients:

Brownie layer:

200g Erythritol

50g Flour

50g Cocoa Powder

25g Almond Flour

½ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Baking Powder

115g Greek Yogurt

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Non-stick Spray

 

Cream Cheese layer:

225g Cream Cheese , Light

50g Erythritol

1 Egg

½ tsp Vanilla Extract

2 tsp Yellow Food Coloring

½ tsp Red Food Coloring

 

⭐️ Start with brownie layer. Add erythritol, flour, cocoa powder, almond flour, salt and baking powder and mix with a spatula

 

⭐️ In another bowl add greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla extract and mix with a whisk until combined

 

⭐️ Pour over the greek yogurt mix to the flour mix and continue mixing with the spatula until combined

 

⭐️ Save 4 tbsp of the mix in another bowl

 

⭐️ In a new bowl add cream cheese, erythritol, egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth

 

⭐️ Add the food coloring and continue mixing until it has an even color

 

⭐️ Spray an oven pan with non-stick spray

 

⭐️ Pour in the big bowl of brownie mix in the pan and spread out evenly

 

⭐️ Pour in the cream cheese layer next and spread out evenly

 

⭐️ Add dollops of the saved brownie mix

 

⭐️ Swirl it with a knife

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 175°C|345°F for 35 min and let cool off completely

 

⭐️ Cut into pieces
