Cheesecake Brownies

In this video I’m showing you how to make a healthier version of cheesecake brownies

These have no added sugar of butter. They are the perfect chocolaty dessert

Ingredients:

Cheesecake layer:

600g Cream Cheese, light

1 Egg

45g Erythritol

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

 

Brownie layer:

250g Greek Yogurt

250g Dark Chocolate

4 Eggs

270g Erythritol

120g Flour

65g Cocoa Powder

60g Almond Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

3 tsp Vanilla Extract

Non-stick Spray 

 

⭐️ Add all ingredients to cheesecake layer in a bowl and mix until combined with a whisk and set aside

 

⭐️ In another bowl add Greek yogurt and melted dark chocolate and mix until combined with a whisk and set aside

 

⭐️ In a third bowl add eggs and erythritol and mix with a whisk again

 

⭐️ Add the egg mix to the chocolate mix and whisk together until smooth

 

⭐️ Sift flour, cocoa powder, almond flour and baking powder into the mix and add the vanilla extract. Fold together with a spatula

 

⭐️ Spray an oven pan with non-stick spray

 

⭐️ Pour in the chocolate mix and even out with a spatula

 

⭐️ Pour in the cheesecake mix and even out with a spatula

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 175°C |345°F for 35 min

 

⭐️Refrigerate for 4 hours

 

⭐️ Cut into pieces

 

⭐️ Enjoy!
