In this video I’m showing you how to make a healthier version of cheesecake brownies
These have no added sugar of butter. They are the perfect chocolaty dessert

Ingredients:
Cheesecake layer:
600g Cream Cheese, light
1 Egg
45g Erythritol
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Brownie layer:
250g Greek Yogurt
250g Dark Chocolate
4 Eggs
270g Erythritol
120g Flour
65g Cocoa Powder
60g Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
Non-stick Spray
Add all ingredients to cheesecake layer in a bowl and mix until combined with a whisk and set aside
In another bowl add Greek yogurt and melted dark chocolate and mix until combined with a whisk and set aside
In a third bowl add eggs and erythritol and mix with a whisk again
Add the egg mix to the chocolate mix and whisk together until smooth
Sift flour, cocoa powder, almond flour and baking powder into the mix and add the vanilla extract. Fold together with a spatula
Spray an oven pan with non-stick spray
Pour in the chocolate mix and even out with a spatula
Pour in the cheesecake mix and even out with a spatula
Bake in the oven on 175°C |345°F for 35 min
Refrigerate for 4 hours
Cut into pieces
