Chocolate Chip Cookies| No added sugar or butter

In this video I’m showing you how to make a healthier version of chocolate chip cookies.

These have no added sugar of butter. They are also very quick and easy and it’s a perfect snack if you have a craving for something sweet and good.

Makes around 30 servings

Calories: 61

Carbs: 4.5g

Protein: 1.9g

Fat: 3.9g

 

Ingredients:

165g Brown Erythritol

100g Erythritol

115g Greek Yogurt

1 tsp Salt

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

100g Flour

50g Almond Flour

½ tsp Baking Soda

220g Chocolate, mixed types and sugar free

 

⭐️ Add brown erythritol, erythritol, greek yogurt and salt to a bowl and mix with a spatula until combined

 

⭐️ Add egg and vanilla extract and keep mixing until combined

 

⭐️ In another bowl add flour, almond flour and baking soda and mix

 

⭐️ Sift the dry mix into the wet one and fold with the spatula until combined

 

⭐️ Add chocolate and fold

 

⭐️ Cover and refrigerate for 30 min

 

⭐️ Prepare an oven pan with parchment paper

 

⭐️ Scoop with and ice cream scoop and roll in your hands until a ball form and place on the paper

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 180°C |355°F for 15 min
