In this video I’m showing you how to make a healthier version of meringue bowls.
It takes a while to make but it is so worth it in the end. The perfect simple but very well looking dessert.

Makes around 2 servings
Ingredients:
Bowl:
1 Egg White
35g Erythritol
Filling:
Ice Cream
Fruit
Melted Chocolate
Add the egg white to a bowl and mix until stiff peaks
Add the erythritol and mix again until stiff peaks
Put into a piping bag
Flip a cupcake pan upside down and spray with non-stick spray
Pipe the egg mix onto the molds
Bake in the oven on 125°C |255°F for 1.5 hours
Use a spatula to loosen the bowls after taking it out of the oven and let them cool off before removing them from the molds
Fill the bowl with an ice cream scoop
Top off with fruits of your own choice
Pipe on melted chocolate
