Healthy Meringue Bowls

Hey!

In this video I’m showing you how to make a healthier version of meringue bowls.

It takes a while to make but it is so worth it in the end. The perfect simple but very well looking dessert.

Makes around 2 servings

 

Ingredients:

Bowl:

1 Egg White

35g Erythritol

 

Filling:

Ice Cream

Fruit

Melted Chocolate

 

⭐️ Add the egg white to a bowl and mix until stiff peaks 

 

⭐️ Add the erythritol and mix again until stiff peaks

 

⭐️ Put into a piping bag

 

⭐️ Flip a cupcake pan upside down and spray with non-stick spray

 

⭐️ Pipe the egg mix onto the molds 

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 125°C |255°F for 1.5 hours

 

⭐️ Use a spatula to loosen the bowls after taking it out of the oven and let them cool off before removing them from the molds

 

⭐️ Fill the bowl with an ice cream scoop

 

⭐️ Top off with fruits of your own choice 

 

⭐️Pipe on melted chocolate
