In this video I’m showing you how to make keto friendly Caramel Nut Bars. I have tried and failed making nut bars soooo many times. But this recipe is so easy and so good!

Ingredients:
150g Erythritol
150g Heavy Cream
215g Syrup, sugar free
120g Chopped Pecan Nuts
120g Chopped Walnuts
20g Dark Chocolate, sugar free
Add erythritol, heavy cream and syrup to a saucepan and mix
Turn on the stove on medium heat and put on the pan
Heat the mix up to 125°C |255°F, mix every now and then
Take of the heat and add the nuts and mix
Pour the mix into a pan
Sprinkle over the melted chocolate
Refrigerate for 2 hours
Cut into pieces and serve
