Double Chocolate Cupcakes

In this video I’m showing you how to make keto friendly double chocolate cupcakes. Who does not love cupcakes and who does not love chocolate?! These cupcakes are so light and fluffy and the perfect dessert for anyone and they are only 2 net carbs!

Ingredients:

Cake:

70g Cream Cheese

70g Coconut Oil, melted

2 Eggs

80g Erythritol

60g Almon Flour

10g Cocoa Powder

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 pinch Salt

20g Dark Chocolate, sugar free and melted

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

 

Frosting:

150g Heavy Cream

50 Powdered Erythritol

20g White Chocolate, sugar free and melted

½ tsp Vanilla Extract

 

Garnish:

5g Dark Chocolate, sugar free and grated

 

⭐️ Add cream cheese, coconut oil and eggs to a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until smooth

 

⭐️ In another bowl add erythritol, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt and mix with a spoon

 

⭐️ Combine the bowls and mix with a spatula

 

⭐️Add the melted dark chocolate and vanilla extract and keep mixing until smooth

 

⭐️Pour 2 tbsp of the mix into each cupcake mold

 

⭐️Bake in the oven at 175°C|345°F for 20 min and let cool off after

 

⭐️Make the frosting by adding heavy cream, powdered erythritol, melted white chocolate and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until soft peaks 

 

⭐️ Pipe on the frosting on the cakes 

 

⭐️ Add grated chocolate
