In this video I’m showing you how to make keto friendly Budapest. I love this dessert and it’s so nice to have a keto friendly version of it, and it’s only 1.7 net carbs! This is also perfect if you are low on fat and need a big boost

Ingredients:
Cake:
3 Egg Whites
135g Erythritol
2 tbsp Almond Flour
50g Grated Hazelnuts
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Filling:
200g Heavy Cream
50g Raspberries
Garnish :
30g Sugar Free Dark Chocolate
Add egg whites to a bowl and mix until stiff peaks
Add the erythritol little by little and keep mixing
Add almond flour and grated hazelnuts to another bowl and mix
Pour the dry ingredients into the egg mix and add the vanilla extract
Fold the batter so that everything is mixed in
Put into a piping bag and pipe onto parchment paper
Bake in the oven at 175°C|355°F for 20 min and let cool off after
Mix the heavy cream
Add a parchment paper over the Budapest and turn it over. Remove the paper that has been in the oven
Add the whipped cream and the raspberries
Roll into a log
Pour melted chocolate over. (This will help holding it together)
Let cool until the chocolate is dry
Cut into pieces
