Soft Gingerbread

In this video I’m showing you how to make soft gingerbread. These are easy to make and they are so delicious.

Ingredients:

2 dl Sugar

2 Eggs

50g Melted Butter

1.5 dl Crème Fraiche

2.5 dl Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

2 tsp Cardamom

1 tbsp Cinnamon

1 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Flour

 

⭐️ Add Sugar and Eggs to a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until it’s white.

 

⭐️ Add melted Butter and Crème Fraiche and mix with a spatula

 

⭐️ In another bowl add Flour, Baking Powder, Cardamom, Cinnamon and mix with a spatula

 

⭐️ Add the flour mix to the egg batter and mix it together with a spatula

 

⭐️ Grease an oven pan with Butter and spread the Flour around the edges

 

⭐️ Add the batter to the pan and spread it evenly in the pan

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 175℃|355℉ for 40 min

 

⭐️Flip the pan over a cutting board

 

⭐️ Let it cool off

 

⭐️ Take off the pan and cut into pieces and serve

 

⭐️ Enjoy!
