Keto Meringue Cup

In this video I’m showing you how to make keto meringue cups.

They are really easy and really good. Perfect thing to do when you have some cravings during a keto diet.

Makes 2 potions

Nutrition per serving:

Calories: 158

Carbs: 2 g

Protein: 3g

Fat: 15 g

 

Ingredients:

1 Egg white

35g | 1/6 cup Erythritol

75ml | 1/3 cup Heavy cream

40g | 1.4 oz Raspberries

Non stick spray

 

⭐️ Preheat oven to 125˚C/ 255˚F

 

⭐️ Mix the egg white in a bowl with electric whisk until stiff

 

⭐️ Add erythritol little by little while still mixing

 

⭐️ Mix until stiff

 

⭐️ Fill up a piping bag with the meringue mixture

 

⭐️ Spray non stick spray on a muffin pan turned upside down

 

⭐️ Pipe the meringue mixture on the pan

 

⭐️ Put into the oven for 1.5 hours

 

⭐️ Loosen up the edges around the cup

 

⭐️ Let the meringue cool down for 10 minutes

 

⭐️ Mix heavy cream in a bowl with electric whisk until fluffy

 

⭐️ Add chopped raspberries and mix

 

⭐️ Fill up a piping bag with the cream mixture

 

⭐️ Take a meringue cup and fill with cream mixture

 

⭐️ Serve with a raspberry on top

 

⭐️ Enjoy!
