Keto Apple Crumble Pie

In this video I’m showing you how to make a Apple Crumble Pie. It is keto friendly (if you are only counting the carbs), gluten free and without any added sugar.

This is perfect for the coffee snack or dessert.

Calories: 155

Carbs: 6.4g (3.6g net)

Protein: 2.7g

Fat: 13.4g

 

Ingredients:

Crumble:

80g Butter, softened

70g Almond Flour

60g Sweetener

30g Coconut Flour

¾ tsp Baking Powder

 

Apple Filling:

1.5 Apples, cut into pieces

15g Sweetener

1 tbsp Corn Starch

½ tbsp Brown Sweetener

¾ tsp Cinnamon

½ tsp Cardamom

 

⭐️ Start with the crumble. In a bowl add butter, almond flour, sweetener, coconut flour and baking powder and mix with a fork until it becomes a crumble

 

⭐️ Pour 2/3 of the crumble into an oven pan

 

⭐️ Spread out evenly and press down to the bottom of the pan

 

⭐️ Continue with the apple filling. In another bowl add apples, sweetener, corn starch, brown sweetener, cinnamon and cardamom and mix until combined 

 

⭐️Pour into the oven pan and spread out evenly

 

⭐️ Sprinkle over the remaining crumble evenly

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 200°C|390°F for 30 min

 

⭐️ Let cool off

 

⭐️ Cut into pieces

 

⭐️ Enjoy!
