In this video I’m showing you how to make Brownie with Peanut Caramel. It’s keto friendly, gluten free and without any added sugar.

Ingredients:
Brownie:
90g Butter
50g Dark Chocolate, sugar free
110g Sweetener
2 Eggs
¾ tsp Vanilla Extract
30g Cocoa Powder
15g Almond Flour
½ tsp Espresso Powder
¼ tsp Salt
Peanut Caramel:
75g Heavy Cream
45g Sweetener
40g Butter
20g Syrup, sugar free
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
35g Peanuts, chopped
In a pot add butter and chocolate
Put on the stove on medium heat until melted. Stir with a spatula from time to time
Take off the heat and set aside
In a bowl add sweetener, eggs, and vanilla extract and whisk with an electric mixer until white and fluffy
Pour in the chocolate mix and mix with a spatula until combined
In another bowl add cocoa powder, almond flour, espresso powder and salt and mix until combined
Add dry mix to the wet and mix with a spatula until combined
Pour into an oven pan and spread out evenly with a spatula
Bake in the oven on 175°C|350°F for 20 min
Let cool off
In a new pot add all ingredients for the caramel except for the peanuts
Put on the stove on medium heat and let boil until it reaches 123°C|255°F
Take the caramel off the stove and pour in the peanuts and mix with a spatula
Pour the peanut caramel over the brownie
Refrigerate for 2 hours
Cut into pieces
