In this video I’m showing you how to make Raspberry & White Chocolate blonde bites. These are so sweet and tasty. They are also keto friendly, gluten free and without any added sugar.

Ingredients:
Cake:
1 Egg
35g Sweetener
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
110 g White Chocolate, melted
60g Butter
30g Almond Flour
10g Coconut Flour
¼ tsp Salt
50g Raspberries
Topping:
50 g White Chocolate, cut into pieces
35g Raspberries
In a bowl add egg and sweetener and mix with an electric mixer until combined and fluffy
Add melted white chocolate and butter and continue mixing with the electric mixer until combined
In another bowl add almond flour, coconut flour and salt and mix with a spatula until combined
Pour the flour mix into the egg mix and mix with a spatula until combined
Add in raspberries and fold in gently
Add the mix to an oven pan and spread out evenly
Add the white chocolate pieces and spread out evenly
Add raspberries and spread out evenly
Bake in the oven on 160°C|320°F for 30 min
Let cool off
Cut into pieces
