Keto Tosca Bites

In this video I’m showing you how to make Tosca bites. This is also keto friendly, gluten free and without any added sugar.

Ingredients:

Cake:

135g Sweetener

2 Eggs

80g Almond Flour

40g Coconut Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

100g Butter, melted

50g Heavy Cream

1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

 

Tosca Topping:

75g Butter

70g Syrup, sugar free

45g Sweetener

20g Heavy Cream

10g Almond Flour

250g Mixed Nuts, cut into small pieces

 

⭐️ Start with the cake. In a bowl add sweetener and eggs and mix with an electric mixer until fluffy

 

⭐️ In another bowl add almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder and mix until combined with a spatula

 

⭐️ Add the flour mix to the egg mix, add butter, heavy cream and vanilla extract and continue mixing with the spatula until combined 

 

⭐️ Pour the mix into an oven pan covered with parchment paper 

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 175°C|350°F for 30 min and let cool off after

 

⭐️ While the cake is baking make the tosca topping. In a pan add butter, syrup, sweetener, heavy cream and almond flour

 

⭐️ Put on the stove on medium heat and let boil for 5 min while stirring with a spatula from time to time

 

⭐️ Take the pan off the heat and add the nuts. Mix until combined with a spatula

 

⭐️ Pour the tosca topping over the cake and spread our evenly 

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 175°C|350°F for 15 min and let cool off after

 

⭐️ Cut into pieces

 

⭐️ Enjoy!
