Ingredients:
100g Butter
70g Brown Sweetener
20g Sweetener
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
40g Almond Flour
10g Coconut Flour
1 tsp Corn Starch
½ tsp Baking Soda
150g Mixed Chocolate, sugar free. Cut into small pieces
20g Cocoa Powder
In a bowl add butter, brown sweetener and sweetener and mix with an electric mix until creamy
Add egg and vanilla extract and continue mixing until combined
In another bowl add almond flour, coconut flour, corn starch and coconut flour and mix until combined
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until combined
Add mixed chocolate and continue mixing until combined
Add half of the batter to a second bowl and set it aside
Add cocoa powder to the remaining bowl and mix until combined
Take a little of the batter with cocoa powder and a little of the batter without and roll into balls
Put on an oven pan covered with parchment paper
Bake in the oven on 175°C|350°F for 12 min and let cool off after
