Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Bottom Layer:

12 pcs Oreo, sugar free crushed

45g Butter

 

Middle Layer:

90g Heavy Cream

125g Cream Cheese

30g Powdered Sweetener

60g White Chocolate, sugar free, melted

 

Top Layer:

60g White Chocolate, sugar free, melted

40g Heavy Cream

 

Garnish:

2 pcs Oreo, sugar fee, crushed

 

⭐️ Start with the bottom layer. In a bowl add crushed Oreo’s and butter and mix with a spatula 

 

⭐️ Pres down into the bottom of an oven pan with parchment paper. Set aside

 

⭐️ Continue on with middle layer. In a bowl add heavy cream and whisk with an electric mixer until stiff peaks

 

⭐️ In another bowl add cream cheese and powdered sweetener and mix until smooth with a spatula

 

⭐️ Add melted white chocolate and continue mixing until smooth

 

⭐️ Add the heavy cream and continue mixing until smooth

 

⭐️ Pour into the oven pan and smooth out evenly

 

⭐️ Refrigerate for 6 hours

 

⭐️ Continue making the top layer. In a bowl add melted white chocolate and heavy cream and mix until combined with a spatula

 

⭐️ Pour into the oven pan and smooth out evenly

 

⭐️ Refrigerate for 1 hour

 

⭐️ Sprinkle over crushed Oreos

 

⭐️Cut into pieces

 

⭐️ Enjoy!
