In this video I’m showing you how to make Valentine Caramel Cupcakes. It is also keto friendly.
These are perfect for the coffee snack or dessert or for a valentine’s gift.

Ingredients:
Cupcake:
75g Almond Flour
75g Sweetener
3 tbsp Coconut Flour
1,5 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
180g Crème Fraiche
2 Eggs
45g Butter
¾ tsp Vanilla Extract
¾ tsp Caramel Extract
Frosting:
170g Heavy Cream
50g Powdered Sweetener
½ tsp Caramel Extract
Red Food Coloring
Garnish:
Dark Chocolate, sugar free
In a bowl add almond flour, sweetener, coconut flour, baking powder and salt and mix with a spatula until combined
In another bowl add crème fraiche, eggs, butter, vanilla extract and caramel extract and mix with a whisk until combined
Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix until combined with a spatula
Add 2 tbsp of the batter to cupcake molds
Bake in the oven on 180°C|355°F for 25 min and let cool off after
Make the frosting. In a bowl add heavy cream and mix with an electric mix until soft peaks
Add powdered sweetener and desired food coloring and mix with a spatula until combined, pour into a piping bag
Pipe on the frosting
Grate dark chocolate over
