Keto Valentine’s Peanut Butter Cookies

In this video I’m showing you how to make valentine’s peanut butter cookies.  It is also keto friendly.

These are perfect for the coffee snack or dessert or for a valentine’s gift.

Makes around 16 servings

Nutrition per serving:

Calories: 98

Carbs: 1.8g (0.5 net)

Protein: 4.2g

Fat: 8g

 

Ingredients:

225g Peanut Butter

75g Sweetener

1 Egg

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

½ tsp Baking Powder

Red Food Coloring

 

Topping:

20g Dark Chocolate, sugar free

 

⭐️ In a bowl add peanut butter, sweetener, egg, vanilla extract and baking powder and mix until combined

 

⭐️ Add food coloring and mix until you have desired color

 

⭐️ Roll the dough into small balls and put onto an oven pan with parchment paper

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 180°C|355°F for 12 min

 

⭐️ Let cool off

 

⭐️ Pipe over melted dark chocolate
