Ingredients:
100g Sweetener
55g Almond Flour
1 tbsp Coconut Flour
60g Peanut Butter
50g Milk
1 Egg
25g Dark Chocolate, chopped, sugar free
25 Raspberries
Garnish:
Powdered Sweetener
In a bowl add sweetener, almond flour and coconut flour and mix with a spatula until combined
In another bowl add peanut butter, milk and egg and mix with a spatula until combined
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until smooth
Add the dark chocolate and the raspberries and fold in until combined
Add the mix to an oven pan with parchment paper and spread it out evenly
Bake in the oven on 180°C|355°F for 20 min
Let cool off completely
Cut into pieces
Sift over powdered sweetener
Enjoy!
