Keto Raspberry & Chocolate Cookie Bites

In this video I’m showing you how to make raspberry & chocolate cookie bites.  It is also keto friendly.

These are perfect for the coffee snack or dessert

Makes around 12 servings

Nutrition per serving:

Calories: 80

Carbs: 2.4g (0.5 net)

Protein: 3.4g

Fat: 6.5g

 

Ingredients:

100g Sweetener

55g Almond Flour

1 tbsp Coconut Flour

60g Peanut Butter

50g Milk

1 Egg

25g Dark Chocolate, chopped, sugar free

25 Raspberries

 

Garnish:

Powdered Sweetener

 

⭐️ In a bowl add sweetener, almond flour and coconut flour and mix with a spatula until combined

 

⭐️ In another bowl add peanut butter, milk and egg and mix with a spatula until combined

 

⭐️ Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until smooth

 

⭐️ Add the dark chocolate and the raspberries and fold in until combined

 

⭐️ Add the mix to an oven pan with parchment paper and spread it out evenly

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 180°C|355°F for 20 min

 

⭐️ Let cool off completely

 

⭐️ Cut into pieces

 

⭐️ Sift over powdered sweetener

 

⭐️ Enjoy!
