Keto Upside Down Apple Cake

In this video I’m showing you how to make a healthier version of an Upside-down apple cake. It is also keto friendly.

Carbs: 4.6g (2.3 net)

Ingredients:

Cake:

300g Sweetener

170g Butter, softened

120g Milk, 0,5%

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

140g Almond Flour

50g Coconut Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Cinnamon

¼ tsp Salt

 

Apple sauce:

115g Butter

110g Brown Sweetener

2 Apples

Non-stick spray

 

⭐️ Start off with making the cake batter. In a bowl mix sweetener and butter until smooth

 

⭐️ Add milk, eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined

 

⭐️ In another bowl add almond flour, coconut flour baking powder, cinnamon and salt and mix until combined

 

⭐️ Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until combined. Set aside for later

 

⭐️ Make the apple sauce. In a pot add butter and brown sweetener and put on the stove on medium heat

 

⭐️ Bring to a boil and boil until the mix is really bubbly

 

⭐️ Spray an oven pan with non-stick spray and pour in the apple sauce

 

⭐️ Lay out the apples in the pan

 

⭐️ Add the cake batter and smooth it out

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 180°C|390°F for 45 min.

 

⭐️ Loosen the edges of the cake

 

⭐️ Put a plate over it and flip it over

 

⭐️ Cut into pieces
