These have no added sugar or butter. These are perfect for the cute Halloween snacks. They are also keto friendly.

Ingredients:
Brownie layer:
200g Erythritol
50g Flour
50g Cocoa Powder
25g Almond Flour
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Baking Powder
115g Greek Yogurt
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Non-stick Spray
Cream Cheese layer:
225g Cream Cheese , Light
50g Erythritol
1 Egg
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Yellow Food Coloring
½ tsp Red Food Coloring
Start with brownie layer. Add erythritol, flour, cocoa powder, almond flour, salt and baking powder and mix with a spatula
In another bowl add greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla extract and mix with a whisk until combined
Pour over the greek yogurt mix to the flour mix and continue mixing with the spatula until combined
Save 4 tbsp of the mix in another bowl
In a new bowl add cream cheese, erythritol, egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth
Add the food coloring and continue mixing until it has an even color
Spray an oven pan with non-stick spray
Pour in the big bowl of brownie mix in the pan and spread out evenly
Pour in the cream cheese layer next and spread out evenly
Add dollops of the saved brownie mix
Swirl it with a knife
Bake in the oven on 175°C|345°F for 35 min and let cool off completely
Cut into pieces
