In this video I’m showing you how to make a healthier version of chocolate chip cookies.
These have no added sugar of butter. They are also very quick and easy and it’s a perfect snack if you have a craving for something sweet and good.

Ingredients:
165g Brown Erythritol
100g Erythritol
115g Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
100g Flour
50g Almond Flour
½ tsp Baking Soda
220g Chocolate, mixed types and sugar free
Add brown erythritol, erythritol, greek yogurt and salt to a bowl and mix with a spatula until combined
Add egg and vanilla extract and keep mixing until combined
In another bowl add flour, almond flour and baking soda and mix
Sift the dry mix into the wet one and fold with the spatula until combined
Add chocolate and fold
Cover and refrigerate for 30 min
Prepare an oven pan with parchment paper
Scoop with and ice cream scoop and roll in your hands until a ball form and place on the paper
Bake in the oven on 180°C |355°F for 15 min
