In this video I’m showing you how to make a healthier version of raspberry crumble bars.
Quick and easy and it’s a perfect snack if you have a craving for something sweet and good.

Ingredients:
110g Oats
130g Flour
60g Almond Flour
90g Erythritol
½ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
50g Greek Yoghurt
50g Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
250g Raspberries, cut into smaller pieces
Non-Stick Spray
Add oats, flour, almond flour, brown erythritol, baking powder and salt to a bowl and mix until combined
In another bowl add Greek yoghurt, coconut oil and vanilla extract and mix until combined
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix with a fork until you have a crumble
Spray an oven pan with non-stick spray
Add 2/3 of the crumble and press it into the bottom of the pan
Bake in the oven on 180°C |355°F for 15 min
When the bottom layer is done add the cut raspberries and spread them out evenly
Add the rest of the crumble and spread out evenly
Bake in the oven again on 180°C |355°F for 30 min
Wait until it’s completely cooled off and cut into pieces
