Healthy Banana Bread

In this video I’m showing you how to make a healthier version of banana bread.

Quick and easy and it’s a perfect snack if you have a craving for something sweet and good.

Nutrition per serving:

Calories: 108

Carbs: 14g

Protein: 3.7g

Fat: 4.3g

 

Ingredients:

3 Bananas

110g Greek Yoghurt

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

200g Flour

100g Almond Flour

200g Erythritol

1 tsp Baking Soda

½ tsp Salt

½ tsp Cinnamon

50g Raspberry

50g Blueberry

 

⭐️ Add cut banana pieces to a bowl and use an electric mixer to mash them

 

⭐️ Add Greek yoghurt, eggs and vanilla extract and whisk together

 

⭐️ In another bowl add flour, almond flour, erythritol, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and mix together

 

⭐️ Add the wet ingredients to the dry and fold together with a spatula

 

⭐️ Add the berries and fold together

 

⭐️Spray a pan with non-stick spray

 

⭐️Pour in the mix and spread out evenly

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 180°C |355°F for 45 min

 

⭐️ Wait until it’s completely cooled off and cut into pieces
