Quick and easy and it’s a perfect snack if you have a craving for something sweet and good.

Ingredients:
3 Bananas
110g Greek Yoghurt
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
200g Flour
100g Almond Flour
200g Erythritol
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Cinnamon
50g Raspberry
50g Blueberry
Add cut banana pieces to a bowl and use an electric mixer to mash them
Add Greek yoghurt, eggs and vanilla extract and whisk together
In another bowl add flour, almond flour, erythritol, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and mix together
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and fold together with a spatula
Add the berries and fold together
Spray a pan with non-stick spray
Pour in the mix and spread out evenly
Bake in the oven on 180°C |355°F for 45 min
Wait until it’s completely cooled off and cut into pieces
