In this video I’m showing you how to make mud cake.
This is one of my dad’s favorites. I used to make it a lot when I was living at home. It’s so sweet and so good and very easy to make.

Makes around 16 servings

Ingredients:
Cake:
4 Eggs
450g Sugar
180g Flour
6 tbsp Cocoa Powder
4 tsp Vanilla Sugar
1 pinch Salt
200g Butter
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Flour
Garnish:
Whipped Cream
Raspberries
Icing Sugar
Add Eggs and Sugar to a bowl and mix
In another bowl add the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, salt and mix
Sift into the egg mix
Add the butter and mix
Add the tbsp of butter to the oven pan and spread around using a paper towel
Add the tbsp of flour to the oven pan and spread it around covering the butter
Pour in the batter and spread out evenly
Bake in the oven on 200°C |390°F for around 30 min
Let cool off and cut into pieces
Pipe on whipped cream
Add raspberries
Sprinkle over icing sugar
