Keto Caramel Nut Bars

In this video I’m showing you how to make keto friendly Caramel Nut Bars. I have tried and failed making nut bars soooo many times. But this recipe is so easy and so good!

Makes around 18 pieces

Nutrition per serving:

Calories: 151

Carbs: 1.9g

Protein: 1.9g

Fat: 13.3g

 

Ingredients:

150g Erythritol

150g Heavy Cream

215g Syrup, sugar free

120g Chopped Pecan Nuts

120g Chopped Walnuts

20g Dark Chocolate, sugar free

 

⭐️ Add erythritol, heavy cream and syrup to a saucepan and mix

 

⭐️ Turn on the stove on medium heat and put on the pan

 

⭐️ Heat the mix up to 125°C |255°F, mix every now and then

 

⭐️ Take of the heat and add the nuts and mix

 

⭐️ Pour the mix into a pan

 

⭐️Sprinkle over the melted chocolate

 

⭐️Refrigerate for 2 hours

 

⭐️ Cut into pieces and serve

 

⭐️ Enjoy!
