Ingredients:
3 Egg whites
1.5 dl Sugar
2 tbsp Vanilla cream powder
50g Grated Hazelnuts
2.5 dl Heavy Cream
1.5 dl Raspberries
1 dl Chocolate
Icing sugar for decoration
Add the egg whites to a bowl and mix until stiff
Add sugar little by little and keep mixing
Add vanilla cream powder and hazelnuts and mix
Add the mix to a piping bag and pipe onto parchment paper as a rectangle
Bake in the oven on 175°C|355 for 20 min and let cool off
Mix the heavy cream until stiff peaks
Add another parchment paper over the meringue and flip it over. Remove the top paper
Add the whipped cream. Save around 1dl for decoration
Add the raspberries in a line at the top of the meringue. Save 0.5 dl for decoration
Roll up the meringue
Add melted chocolate and let cool
Pipe the rest of the whipped cream on the roll
Add the rest of the raspberries
Add icing sugar
Cut into pieces
