Valentines Budapest

In this video I’m showing you how to make Budapest pastries. These are easy to make and they are so delicious. The perfect valentine’s dessert.

Makes around 8 pieces

Nutrition per serving:

Calories: 312

Carbs: 29.1g

Ingredients:

3 Egg whites

1.5 dl Sugar

2 tbsp Vanilla cream powder

50g Grated Hazelnuts

2.5 dl Heavy Cream

1.5 dl Raspberries

1 dl Chocolate

Icing sugar for decoration

 

⭐️ Add the egg whites to a bowl and mix until stiff

 

⭐️ Add sugar little by little and keep mixing

 

⭐️ Add vanilla cream powder and hazelnuts and mix

 

⭐️ Add the mix to a piping bag and pipe onto parchment paper as a rectangle

 

⭐️ Bake in the oven on 175°C|355 for 20 min and let cool off

 

⭐️Mix the heavy cream until stiff peaks

 

⭐️ Add another parchment paper over the meringue and flip it over. Remove the top paper

 

⭐️ Add the whipped cream. Save around 1dl for decoration

 

⭐️Add the raspberries in a line at the top of the meringue. Save 0.5 dl for decoration

 

⭐️ Roll up the meringue

 

⭐️Add melted chocolate and let cool

 

⭐️ Pipe the rest of the whipped cream on the roll

 

⭐️ Add the rest of the raspberries

 

⭐️ Add icing sugar

 

⭐️ Cut into pieces

 

⭐️ Enjoy!
