Ingredients:
2 dl Sugar
2 Eggs
50g Melted Butter
1.5 dl Crème Fraiche
2.5 dl Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Cardamom
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Flour
Add Sugar and Eggs to a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until it’s white.
Add melted Butter and Crème Fraiche and mix with a spatula
In another bowl add Flour, Baking Powder, Cardamom, Cinnamon and mix with a spatula
Add the flour mix to the egg batter and mix it together with a spatula
Grease an oven pan with Butter and spread the Flour around the edges
Add the batter to the pan and spread it evenly in the pan
Bake in the oven on 175℃|355℉ for 40 min
Flip the pan over a cutting board
Let it cool off
Take off the pan and cut into pieces and serve
